For debugging purposes what is the difference between on board J Link debugger and a debugger pinout which is there on the board

Okay, so their is no major difference, it just a support and feature.
- ElecronicsV3 has on board Jlink debugger, which can be accessed by simple connecting the USB cable. So it makes easy for development and enablement, no need of any external debbugger.
- But using the onBoard Jlink debugger, has some limitation with respect to debugging capabilities like no production programming software tools of segger jlink can be used( mainly only this limitation rest all kinds of debugging can be done). So its just a feature on elecronicsv3 which is added, so that users if want can use PeMicro or original jlink debugger also to debug and program the board.
