Reset Led constantly ON and S32K144 not flashing

I am trying to flash the blink LED example code onto the S32K144 dev board.
However, I see the reset LED (Constant Red) on.
To remove this I tried to erase the chip using Segger J Flash and it went away but came back on power reset.
Can anyone help me sort this issue and tell me how to flash the code successfully..
